In the bar… We will be having live music from 8.30pm from a talented local acoustic singer. The bar will be open until 1.30am. Tickets are £10 per person and can be purchased from the bar.
Dine with us….Spend this new year in some great company enjoying some fantastic food. Well, we can’t promise the company (that’s up to you) but we can definitely promise the fantastic food!
It will be a lovely evening with a relaxed and friendly dining atmosphere, great service, a complimentary glass of bubbles on your arrival and 6 delicious courses of fine food. The table is yours for the evening and the live music will be on for you to join once you have finished your meal if you wish.

Seared king scallops, minted black pudding croquettes with pea puree and pancetta crisp
Slow cooked mini game pie of venison, wild boar, pheasant and wild duck in a light parmesan and thyme pastry, honey glazed root vegetables accompanied with a redcurrant and ale sauce
Home cured spiced salmon gravalax with salted fennel, and a coriander and orange salad (gf)
White asparagus, pickled radish and regatta cheese tart with a toasted walnut, fig and onion chutney and lemon dressed rocket (v)
6oz fillet of beef Rossini with Pont Neuf potatoes, confit shallots, mushroom and spinach served with a port and stilton sauce (gf)
Trio of pork – confit belly, braised cheeks and pan roasted loin of pork served with crispy cracking, caramelised apples, celeriac puree, sweet potato mash and winter greens with red wine jus (gf)
Duo of pheasant – pan fried breast and confit leg with parsnip puree, herb roasted swede, red cabbage and a sweet blackberry jus (gf)
Lemon pepper crusted monk fish tail & Menai mussels served with curried butternut squash, purple sprouting broccoli and a saffron Beurre blanc (gfo)
Beetroot and goat’s cheese risotto topped with golden beetroot crisp and micro herbs (v,gf)
